Mike very patient and explained the mattresses very well. We tried out alot of mattresses. Very knowledgeable about all mattresses, prices. No pressure! Very comforting on his knowledge. Very satisfied. Our other mattress was from midwest mattress. So hope our new one is very satisfying too.
